2013 Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference Proposals

You have two more days to get in your proposal to the 2013 Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference, being held in Baltimore, MD. The deadline is August 8th, 2012. This is a scaled-down, regional version of the Educause conference and, because of its smaller size (the annual Educause conference has gotten to be ginormous), is a great place to meet and mingle with your peers, network, and see presentations of  the good work going in the area. It’s also a great opportunity to enjoy the bracing, exhilarating Baltimore winter.

Here is the general lowdown from the conference site:

This year’s Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference, “People + Process + Technology: IT Matters,” focuses on the value technology brings to higher education even as the environment around us continues to change. The emphasis on incorporating mobile and data analytics, fostering partnerships and collaboration, keeping our workforce trained and happy, and thinking strategically about technology will help us find innovative solutions to challenges in the learning environment.
