Licensing and usage models vary widely with different tools. While some tools like publisher integrations may involve no cost to a college, others can involve significant costs. There is also a purchasing threshold at which a formal RFP is required.
If a tool is listed here, it has passed compliance review, but may still require college-level approvals and budgeting.
